The panels are manufactured from 1,5 mm thick steel sheet. The inner and the outer frame are produced by bending and welding the metal. The complete set is connected using removable hinges and allows the panel to be removed from the frame if required. The inner frame contains fire seal, which expands to several times its original size at high temperatures and thus does not allow fire to pass through. The panel is filled with 1 x 15 mm thick red panel, Rockwool mineral wool and 1 x 20 mm thick Thermax panel mounted with screws.
